About The BMR
I am proud to introduce to you the men who make up
the RAWSISTAZ Black Men Reading Team. Please feel to contact us at BMR@rawsistaz.com with "BMR" in the
subject line if you have questions and/or comments or if you're a man who would
like to review for us. We are also currently accepting review copies.

Brian
Walley
Brian Walley has been an avid reader since his
teenage days. From his love of dungeons and dragons, his earlier reading was
strictly fantasy books. However, after marriage and after buying his wife a copy
of Waiting To Exhale, he decided to read the book since all of the
African American women he knew were always discussing this book. Well, the rest,
as they say, is history and now he primarily reads African American fiction. His
favorite genre is the suspense/thriller novels, but he will pretty much read
anything except he’s not a fan of the romance novels.
Brian is the lead team member for Black Men
Reading, a new section to RAWSISTAZ, he’s a reviewer for
Book-Remarks.com, a popular and
well-known African-American book site and he’s the treasurer and webmaster of
Ebony Expressions Book Club (www.ebonyexpressionsbookclub.com).
Brian resides in Newark, Delaware and he’s married with two children.

"G"
G is an Electrical Engineer working in the area
of telecommunications as a Design Engineer & Operations Manager. He is a former
Navy officer, an avid reader, and also an a golf connoisseur with dreams of
playing professionally. Born and raised in Houston, TX, "G" now resides in the
suburbs of Atlanta with his wife and daughter. His favorite genres are mysteries
and legal thrillers.
(G is the husband of The RAWSISTAZ Founder,

pre-teen days. While African-American fiction novels are his favorite reads, he
