Happy Read An E-Book Week! We kicked things off with an interview with the founder of Read An E-Book Week, Rita Y. Toews earlier in the week, celebrated e-books on the Michigan Writers Network Show last night, and have been hearing from members regarding all the great finds around the internet. Read an E-Book Week (March 7-13) & Kick-off of E-Book Reading Challenge

Read an E-Book Week educates and informs the public about the pleasures and advantages of reading electronically. Winners of the Holiday Reading Challenge

Okay, okay! It’s taken me a month to recuperate from all the reading and chatting from our Holiday Reading Challenge, held November 24th – January 12th, but I did not forget about our winners.  Thank you all for participating!! Authors Guild launches WhoMovedMyBuyButton.com

Today, the Authors Guild launched WhoMovedMyButton.com, a beta site for authors to track their books on Amazon and if the “Buy Now” button are accessible.  There’s a quick registration process and then you simply enter the ISBN for the books you want monitored. If there is a change in status, you’ll get an email alert.  They also include screen shots of how the book page should look and what to expect if your button has been removed. For those who don’t know, things started last Friday when Amazon removed the “Buy Now” buttons for many of the imprints...

Christmas Book Songs by CandaceK

To any of you who did not attend the first four or five RAWSISTAZ Affair events, you missed a special treat — the soothing, soulful voice of CandaceK.  This woman has many, many talents and while most know of her literary & design work, she is also a wonderful singer.  One of my favorites is her song, Time Will Tell Me.
