**All promotions run for one month, unless otherwise indicated and are first come, first served. We reserve the right to disapprove any ad request for material inappropriate for our site. Ads will be scheduled and placed as space is available, normally at the beginning of the month, but please be advised that they may not appear exactly on the 1st of the month. If we run into any problems, we will contact you directly.

  • Include the complete URL where the reader can go to purchase your book.
