Black Books Weekend will open Black Friday, November 27, 2009
with live readings from 50 of the most talented writers on the shelves, from all genres. Black Books Weekend, hosted by Ella Curry of EDC Creations features 4 nights of readings and discussions with noted authors, bookclubs and poets. Our mission is to get folks to buy great books for gifts this holiday season, from our featured publishers and imprints. This event is a bookclub, avid readers paradise!  We have confirmed apperances by Victoria Christoper Murray, Bonnie Hopkins, Mary B. Morrison, Pat G’Orge Walker, Marissa Monteilh, Francis Ray, Dwayne S. Joseph, Azarel, Monda Webb, Pamela Samuels Young, Pat Simmons, Shelia Lipsey, Electa Rome Parks and many more. There are 5 major gift bag promotions and one grand prize for the readers who join us November 27-30, 2009 on the phones and the web.
