Gregory Bryant

Gregory Bryant was born and raised in Atlantic City, NJ. He attended Atlantic City High School where he graduated in 1981. He has been writing poetry as a hobby from his military days but now writes on a regular basis. He established his own publishing company Feel the Flow Publishing in 2002 and released his first book called Poems of the Heart that year. His sophomore effort Visions was released in 2003. In 2004 his company released an anthology of 4 powerful poetess called From the Hearts of Women to solidify his belief in helping other artist. RJ Poet

Rjpoet, born Richard T. James, Jr. is a poet and writer currently living in his home town of Detroit, Michigan. Rjpoet's works reflect his life experiences. Inspired by such African American writers as Paul Lawrence Dunbar, Langston Hughes, and Nikki Giovanni; his words are imaginative, soul stirring and captivating. Marc Lacy

Marc Lacy is a poet/author and spoken word artist. He has been blessed to have toured the nation while promoting and performing notable selections from his award-winning book of poetry "The Looking Heart", and critically acclaimed cd, "REFlux". His next book, "Rock and Fire" will hit stores April 2007.

Regina elle Lindsay

Regina elle Lindsay is a 30 year old writer/poet from Detroit. She has been writing since the age of nine and her novel, Goin Down South With A Girl I Hardly Know, is set to release this fall. She's a vegan, raw foodist and future Doctor of Naturopathy.

Mr. Talley

MrTalley is the author of the debut book, No Candles. He began his literary journey as a spoken word artist and performer who has been highlighted at the Showtime at Apollo, BET, and venues across the nation. His writings explore a diverse collection of thoughts that range in the human spirit, sexuality, life and self-reflections. His work has been highlighted in Ebony, Consciousness, Noire and Clefnote Magazines and featured on many literary sites including, Trimaxx Publishers, The Nubian Chronicles, The Writers Inn, Black Men In America, Rock Publications, Big Time Publishing Magazine and UrbanWritten.com. Vernon Davis, Jr.

Vernon J. Davis jr. has been writing poetry since the seventies. He was inspired by Langston Hughes''s poem "Impasse", which started his journey and adventure into the world of poetry.  Vernon''s very first published poem,"Beautiful Black Woman" is the inspiration for his book--LOVE,IS,THE BEAUTIFUL BLACK WOMAN.

Gracie C. McKeever

A native New Yorker, Gracie C. McKeever has authored several novels in the erotic romance and romance genre. She has been writing since the ripe old age of seven when two younger brothers were among her earliest, captive audience for various short story readings and performances.

Odessa Maxwell

Maxwell published her poetry/photography in Thoughts of My Mind, Heart, and Soul.   She is assembling future anthologies:  For the Red, White and Blue and Why Should I Pray?  She is a member of the Military Writers Society of America, and is a pet therapy handler for Maryland’s Pets on Wheels.

Beryl is an elementary media specialist/part-time college librarian. She is celebrating her 50th year by documenting her life in poetry. She is the mother of 3 adult children and prides herself in her legacy that she hopes to leave of friendship, love and resiliency! Beryl lives in Jacksonville FL.

Harold D. Smith
  • Harold D. Smith is an artist who lives and works in the Kansas City area. An educator by trade, he has had exhibitions in Kansas City & San Francisco. His artwork has been sold to collectors in the United States, Japan, France, Germany, Belgium, Israel, South Africa, Mexico, Panama, and other countries.  He loves jazz, painting, and bringing the two together.  His poetry submission was inspired his artwork (also shown).   Website:
